Pocohontas Woods, Inc. is now offering college classes through the New River Community & Technical College. Students can attain college cetificates, credits and even an Associate of Applied Science Degree. The AAS degree is a two year, 61 credit hour program where students learn how to make fine furniture through Pocohontas Woods training facility. The New River Community and Technical College offers classes in seven southeastern West Viriginia counties.
