We offer a variety of adult and youth woodworking classes. Adult classes have included the Fundamentals of Woodworking, Safety, and Power Tool Use as well as how to make dovetails, toboggans, and lap trays.

Our classes are available to students as part of a set curriculum or as independent sessions. Please register for the classes at least 10 days in advance.

The following is schedule of classes presetnly available. All classes are four-hour sessions unless otherwise noted.

Class Cancellation Policy

Pocahontas Woods reserves the right to cancel any class. Full refunds will be issued in that event. Students withdrawing from a class must notify Pocahontas Woods 10 or more days prior to the start of the class to receive full credit or refund. No refund or credit will be issued with less than 10 days' notice.

Private Classes

Private classes also are available for students who want to work one-on-one with Pocahontas Woods instructors on specific projects or on developing general woodworking skills.
